A RUSAPE woman is alleged to have lured a Grade Six pupil to her house so that she could sexually abuse him overnight.
Primrose Rosa (26) of Vengere was arrested for aggravated indecent assault after she forced herself on the 14-year-old boy.
Rosa was represented by Rusape lawyer, Mr Leonard Chigadza of Chigadza and Associates.
She was not asked to plead when she appeared before Ms Rufaro Machingura and was remanded in custody to October 12 for trial.
State prosecutor, Ms Theresa Mangwende, said Rosa spent the whole night with the juvenile while his parents were looking for him.
“Rosa and the juvenile are friends. On September 21, the juvenile visited the accused person as he usually does and they sat outside the house. The accused then pulled the complainant into her room.
“While inside the room, Rosa told the juvenile that she wanted to be intimate with him, but he refused. However, Rosa forced herself on the boy twice,” said Ms Mangwende.
The matter came to light the following day when the complainant’s parents quizzed him about where he had spent the night.
A police report was made, leading to Rosa’s arrest.
