A GROUP of former pupils at Mt Selinda High in Chipinge District – Team 89 – has donated an overhead projector to their ex-school.
Team 89 comprises of pupils who went to the school up to 1989.
The school’s headmaster, Mr Phenias Mundeta, thanked the group for the gesture, describing it as timeous and that it will go a long way in improving the school’s access to and use of Information and Communication Technology material.
A representative of the group said the donation was meant to ensure that the school does not lag behind in the ICT era despite being located in a rural community.
