THE High Court has dismissed an urgent chamber application by MDC Alliance to nullify prohibition of its planned demonstration.
The protests remain barred.
Soon after the court ruling the opposition party called off the demonstrations.
Addressing journalists after the court hearing, Tendai Biti said the MDC Alliance will now pursue demonstrations in other towns next week
