Dear Tete
My wife and I are both employed as teachers. She works at a private school and I for a mission school. Her salary is slightly higher than mine, yet she expects me to pay the bills on my own. I have been quiet for some time, but I am now fed up. Her money is there for her to look good, smell good and spend lavishly. She recently bought a car that I can never drive in her absence because she is a selfish woman. I am even considering leaving her with the children so she can feel the burden too.

My brother, calm down. You are in need of one word that will take you a long way. The word is communication. A simple word that is not so easy to apply to our lives. You must talk to your partner about your concerns. She has to help you ease the burden of taking care of the family financially as well as being there emotionally and physically. Sometimes, expectations need to be highlighted as a relationship progresses because circumstances change. You might have not needed her help in the beginning, but with the introduction of children, things change. Do not give up yet, just communicate.
