I go to church with my best friend who is also dating my pastor. At first I did not think much of it until she fell pregnant for him the first time and had an abortion. We are at college studying to become independent professionals one day. My friend has fallen pregnant a second time and now I think I should talk to the wife of my pastor. Do you think I should tell the wife and risk losing my friend?

Your friend is not a model friend for you. You need to be in the company of one who can help you out of a mess and not get you into one. If you feel like you really need to help your friend approach her in conversation that expresses your feelings and concern for her. Secondly, you may approach an elder in the church who can handle the situation in an amicable way. I would not advise you to approach the wife directly as you may cause more trouble than you had calculated. Tread carefully but protect yourself first.
