My father is living with a girlfriend and he no longer cares for us. My mother mysteriously passed away two years ago. Relatives and friends claimed that my father’s girlfriend killed my mother. I am young and I cannot do anything about it. A few months ago my father decided to leave us and he has since stopped taking care of us. I am selling my body to pay my fees and my brother’s too. I am tired of this life.

Where are your extended family members? Find them and communicate the challenges you are currently facing. If your relatives are unwilling to assist, please go to your church elders or community leadership who should be able to assist you in getting your father to honour his responsibility as a parent. If that channel does not work proceed to the local authorities who will direct you to organisations that can help you. Do not lose hope. Please find help immediately. You do not have to commercialise your body to survive.
