DEAR TETE
I know that I will be judged for what I am going to say, but I will speak all the same. I am a married woman with three children. Recently my husband came back home from work saying he had lost his job.
He was the sole breadwinner as I am uneducated myself. I decided to open a small vegetable stall by my gate which has helped us meet our little needs such as electricity and the basics.
The money is not enough to pay rent, school fees or buy other things that we desperately need as human beings. Four weeks ago, I met a guy who told me that he likes me.
He has given me more money than my husband ever gave me and life is easier. I have not yet accepted his proposal to be in a secret affair because he is also married. I do not want to cheat on him, but my circumstances are demanding that I do just that. Help.

Cheating is cheating my dear. You may try to justify the act by replaying the sequence leading to the deed, but it remains just that. You are a hardworking woman who had a plan when her partner was down.
You awoke the entrepreneur in you and tried to make things happen. Why are you now losing faith in your abilities as a businessperson? Are you missing having the man provides for you so much that you are willing to sacrifice your marriage? What is your conscience saying to you?
Will your husband understand if you get caught? What will your children think of you if you ever get caught? Will you sleep better at night as a cheat or as a faithful wife? Be honest with yourself my sister and use your head not your belly or your eyes. Remember a blind man can see in his mind even when his eyes are impaired.
