Blabber feels sorry for this other well known businessman whose from rags to riches story has inspired many over the years.
Just like Yours Truly, he had nothing to his name apart from an art he conveniently used to better his standard of life.
He was just an ordinary ghetto dweller who used his God given talent to break from the cycle of poverty.
His baking prowess suddenly saw him establishing a confectionery entity that was competing with some of the country’s best in the industry.
We all know how he defied the odds as he soon acquired top of the range machinery meant to bolster production.
He was just on top of his game!
Alas, there are things he could have done better in his private life.
In fact, Yours Truly wonders why most men suddenly see the need to marry another wife each time they get rich.
In fact, some folks, once they get rich, they start looking down upon that innocent and loving spouse who would have toiled long and hard in the kitchen and in the bedroom for them during the years they had empty pockets.
This is the same story with this businessman.
With his husky voice, he eventually seduced and married a young woman before deserting his poor first love.
Mind you this is the lady who stood by him before he made a fortune.
Little did he know that for every action there is a reaction, and for every evil deed there is punishment.
Today, Blabber is hurt to see our dear businessman struggling to utter a coherent word after suffering a stroke.
Word on the street has it that he could not cope with life on the fast lane brought about by the young lady he married.
As a result he stroked.
Blabber is certain that the businessman must be regretting deserting the dedicated and loving mother of his children.
He must be regretting opting to marry a young concubine whose only motivation was his money.
It’s sad that the brother is learning the hard way.
Simply because Yours Truly does not celebrate anyone’s misfortune, the hope and prayer is that the brother will regain his health and fortune once again.
Who knows, heavens might give him another chance to make amends with his estranged wife.
After all, nothing is impossible in this life we live.
