ZANU PF party members have been urged to uphold the principles and values of the revolutionary party and shun factionalism.

Addressing party members during the official launch of the Dangamvura-Chikanga constituency campaign this afternoon, Zanu PF Women’s League Secretary for Administration, Cde Monica Mutsvangwa, who is also the Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services,  said there should not be any bad blood between party members.

She urged the members to continue rallying behind the revolutionary party and the candidates.

“Discipline among party members proves that we are a revolutionary party. Do not hold grudges because the candidate that you were supporting during the primary elections did not come out as expected. We all won because we all belong to the same party which is Zanu-PF. Support the party not a certain candidate and by so doing we are guaranteed to win the election,” she said.

Also addressing the same gathering, the aspiring candidate, Cde Esau Mupfumi, said the party supporters in his constituency had promised him a resounding victory and he is confident that they will deliver.
