AN 18-year old Mutare man who peeped through a couple’s bedroom window and watched them as they had sexual intercourse has been jailed for committing the offence.
Timothy Kamutando who appeared before Mutare magistrate, Mrs Perseverence Makhala, was given an option to pay $30 fine.
The court heard that Timothy stays at the same lodgings with the complainants. On January 22, Tatenda Kadungure (30) and her husband were having sexual intercourse inside their bedroom when Kamutando peeped through the window and started watching the couple enjoying their conjugal rights.
The teenager was seen by Kadungure who subsequently made a police report which resulted in his arrest.
