THE Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Development and Vocational Training Centres is hosting provincial business conferences and exhibitions at Mutare Hall.
The events will be graced by Youth Empowerment, Development and Vocational Training Centres Minister, Honourable Tino Machakaire and Minister of State for Manicaland Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Honourable Misheck Mugadza today.
In a statement, the organisers said: “The hosting of the provincial business conferences will enable the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Development and Vocational Training Centres to engage stakeholders and get input on how to effectively implement youth empowerment programmes in a holistic manner. The provincial business conferences will create a platform for the ministry to provoke discussions on issues to do with growing youths businesses in a turbulent economic environment as well as knowledge sharing and networking.”
The business conferences target line ministries, development partners, financial institutions and youths in business and it will be held under the theme: “Positioning Youth, Sport and Arts Entrepreneurs to accelerate the attainment of Vision 2030.”
There will be exhibitions where youths will be exhibiting their artefacts.
