TODAY in regretful text messages is this one: a missive meant for a wife that ended up going to a work colleague.
Twitter user Hamza Hendrix was sent last week quite a blustering message about how he was “ruining” his manager’s life.
“You’re making me so f****** angry, more than anyone I’ve ever met,” the text says.
“You’re single handedly ruining my life”.
Absolute carnage, frankly. And not very nice. Poor Hamza didn’t know what to reply to his boss, and mustered: “??? Man what I do”.
It later transpired that the angry note wasn’t meant for Hamza – but his manager’s wife instead. This doesn’t at all make the situation okay. Because we’re now a bit worried about the wife. But at least Hamza’s okay. He tweeted the conversation, and it’s been retweeted nearly 100,000 times. At least from his point of view, it’s quite hilarious.
We hope Hamza’s manager was just having a bad day – and he and his wife resolve their argument.—Online
