I am in big trouble. After having an abortion a couple of years ago I was left unable to have children again. I was young, unmarried and the guy was not willing to take care of his child. Because of my poor background I had to make the decision that cost me my fertility.
I now have a good job and I have met a good man who married me last year, but we cannot have a baby. I have many sleepless nights thinking what he will do when he finally finds out. Maybe I should walk out before he leaves me.

Marriage is a relationship that is and must be built on trust, honesty and love. You have removed one of the fundamental principles of keeping any relationship intact by withholding the truth from your partner.
Your fear of disclosing your truth is understandable however, you have to do what is right because sooner or later the cat will come out of the bag. Find a way of telling your husband what you have done in a calm environment and perhaps in the presence of one other close and trustworthy individual who will act as a mediator. I agree, it will not be an easy task.
It could have been less complicated before marriage, but better now than later.
The longer you wait the more pain you are causing yourself and your partner. You have to be prepared for whatever outcome and move on after it is delivered. It could result in your marriage ending or on the other hand, if love prevails, it could bloom and flourish. Just let the truth set you free. New Year, New beginnings!
