ENGAGEMENT DRIVE PAYS OFF . . . Mutare residents are the latest beneficiaries of Zimbabwe’s engagement drive after the local authority signed a contract with a Belarusian company for the supply of a fire ladder, a device that is used to aid in the dousing of flames in tall buildings.
