This is why some parents and guardians end up paying whoever can facilitate places for their children.
As a result, charlatans such as this SDC member take advantage of the desperate situation.
But far from the issues relating to duped parents and guardians, Blabber is sad that the city has lost one of its brightest mobile phone repairs technician who operated at that other hard hat area in the central business district.
Word reaching Yours Truly is that the boy was a victim of his open zip, shut mind approach to sexual matters.
While he managed to do the right thing to seek to know his HIV status, one wonders why he defaulted on his medication.
