
THIS dish is made up of different kinds of meat and leafy vegetable like covo, some call it kale or rape greens.
There is no right or wrong with this dish, you can use any kind of meat you like and any kind of leafy greens.
Ingredients:
300 g pork belly/ tender beef cut into bite-size pieces
200g Boerewors, cut into bite-size pieces
500g chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
300 g Ox liver, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 large tomatoes, grated
Do this:
Get your ingredients together.
Heat oil in a pan and add the pork belly or beef.
Fry until beginning to brown.
Cook for two to three minutes. Add the boerewors and fry until beginning to brown.
Add the kidney and salt. Allow to cook for five minutes, while stirring regularly.
Add the liver and cook for another five minutes, stirring regularly.
Season with your favourite seasoning.
Add onion, let this cook for about two minutes.
Add tomato and cook for three to five minutes or until the tomatoes are well cooked.
Add veggies and cook for another five minutes.
Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly.
