Courtauld Theatre/FC Lounge

AWARD winning artiste, Young Ice will tomorrow (Saturday) release his highly-anticipated album, Made in Mutare.

 

The upmarket entertainment centre will host the official album launch ceremony with an array of artistes, deejays and emcees such as Diamond Boys, Mystery, Edge Sparta, Flot Boi, Mshez, Marvel expected to provide entertainment during the event which will run from 2pm till 10pm.

Mundos Leisure Centre

The refurbished outdoor entertainment spot situated along the Mutare-Chimanimani Highway (16 Miles Drive Inn), offers outdoor entertainment activities such as braai facilities, bird watching and site seeing.

 

The venue, also known as Boss Mundos Tourist Destination, will this weekend until Sunday see DJ Manex entertaining revellers of all ages with some old and new skool beats.

Christmas Pass Hotel

The hotel, which is owned by Chibhanguza Group of Hotels and situated nine kilometres from Mutare’s Central Business District recently opened its casino facilities.

 

Lameck Mutero

 

The casino (FTT Gaming) is part of the venue’s entertainment and hospitality activities and opens every weekend.

 

Casino lovers will be treated to some classic music while playing American roulette and blackjack games.

The Place Night Club

Dendera musician, Lameck Mutero, meets his fans for the first time this year at the spacious club where he will introduce his comeback album, Zvebasa.

 

Although the dendera genre has been largely associated with the Chimbetu family, Mutero is determined to create his own legacy around a genre that demands both finesse and creativity to thrive and tonight’s show will be a litmus test. He will be backed by resident deejay, Hollies B.

Imbibers are in for a treat this weekend as DJ Terminator and DJ Fresh will be on the turntables in a contest dubbed “Clash of the Legends” as they entertain revellers from both Zimbabwe and Mozambique.

 

Fun lovers will also be treated to traditional foods and a braai.

DJ Frazer tonight and tomorrow (Saturday) headlines the MiCasa Happy hours where patrons will be treated to music and discounted prices on booze and selected meals.

 

In a typical juke box style, revellers will be offered an opportunity to request songs to be put on the playlist.

Madziro Leisure Centre

The sleepy and entertainment-starved area of Zimunya starting tomorrow (Saturday) will reverberate into sound as Tuff Nuff Sound led by veteran deejay, Ranga T, will host fun lovers of all ages.

 

The kids will spend some time in the jumping castle while adults play some pool and braai some meat.
