2kg pork trotters
1 litre warm water
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp salt
4 whole cloves garlic
4 tbsp tomato paste
1medium onion, chopped
4 large tomatoes, chopped
Oil for frying
3 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped
1 tsp curry powder
Fresh chillies or crushed

Get your ingredients together.
These include:
2kg pork trotters;
1 litre warm water;
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce;
1 tsp salt;
4 whole cloves garlic;
4 tbsp tomato paste;
1/2 medium onion, chopped;
3 large tomatoes, chopped;
Oil for frying;
3 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped and 1 tsp curry powder.
Get your trotters clean and season with some salt and black pepper (optional).
Heat oil in pot, add the pork trotters and fry until browned on both sides.
Remove the trotters from the pot and set aside covered.
Add onions, peppers, tomato paste, garlic and ginger, curry powder and sauté until the garlic and ginger flavours come out.
Add tomatoes and let them breakdown into some thick soup.
Bring back the trotters to the pot and stir until combined for a minute or two, then add the Worcestershire sauce and chillies and sauté for two more minutes.
Add warm water to the pot and bring to the boil for about 1 hour, 45 minutes then reduce heat to a gentle simmer.
If you want them to fall off the bone boil for two hours.
Simmer until tender and the water is finished.
