Mutare’s finest musicians will for the first time gather on the same turf tomorrow (Saturday) for a potentially-explosive fiesta where gospel artiste, Elder Terrence Dzatsata will be launching his album, Wachinja Cup Sei?
Dorcas Moyo, Brian Samaita, Joseph Tivafire, Lamerk Mutero, Jairos Mutambikwa, Hungwe Vanorema and Melanie Fidze headline the launch which starts at 10am till late.
Golden Peacock Hotel
Fun lovers and aerobics enthusiasts residing at the hotel are in for a treat tomorrow where an anti-drug awareness indoor boot camp will take place.
The event, which is the brainchild of the hotel and BG Fitness, starts at 5am and ends at 7am.
It will be held under the theme “Your Health is your wealth”. The event will be overseen by Master B.G.
Showgrounds Casino
The casino centre, popular among gamers, will this and other weekends offer a wide range of games such as American Roulette, Black Jack and Vari Jack.
They have also opened slot machines which come with multi-game choices.
The casino is complemented by a cocktail bar and classic music.
Tahadamos Sports Bar (Dora)
The watering hole situated at Matimba Business Centre in Dora Pinto reverberates into sound this weekend with DJ Lion and local dance group, Sexy Queens, expected to thrill revellers. The weekend extravaganza starts tonight till Sunday.
Revellers will be treated to some sumptuous braai and an assortment of alcoholic beverages.
Chitsa Bar
DJ Spills headline tonight’s Friday Club bangers fiesta before he joins other selected deejays tomorrow for the old skool and new skool fiesta.
The recently introduced Jam sessions are on every Wednesday, while Ragga Manyika outfit, Assegai Crew, will perform at the joint every Sunday.
