FAST-RISING dancer and singer, Lynn Magodo, popularly known in the music circles as Lady Storm, will this weekend return to Club Mandisa for yet another date with a legion of her Mutare fans.

The waist-wriggling dancer revealed to The Weekender that she will perform for two days, tonight (Friday) and Saturday as she will be sampling her yet-to be released songs.

“I will take the two-day Mutare tour to familiarise with Mutare and my fans. I have fallen in love with Mutare and I am really grateful with the support my fans give me. Their support is quite encouraging. We will sample some of my new tracks contained on my forthcoming album due to be released early this year,” she said.

With her trademark grey and white school uniform, Lady Storm earned herself the nickname Eriza and has become a darling of many fans, particularly male fans because of her erotic dances.

The gifted lyricist recently unveiled her new live band – Swagga Band – to the eastern border city when she performed at the same venue in November last year. The band did not disappoint, but lived up to expectations leaving fans clamouring for more.

“We are coming to Mutare in full force and I promise them undiluted fun. We are going to continue from where left and I am confident that we will put up a splendid performance,” added Storm.

The show organiser, Boniface Nyamanhindi, said Lady Storm would be backed by resident dance group, Mandisa Queens and Kings among other upcoming Zim Dancehall musician.

“This will be for the first time for Storm to perform at our venue for two consecutive two days. Pleasure seekers are guaranteed of blissful nights. It will be a fun-filled weekend with a mixed package of entertainment. We urge people to come in numbers and brush off the so-called January disease. This is the beginning of yet another exhilarating year. More renowned artistes are set to perform at our joint,” said Nyamanhindi.
