HARDLY 40hrs after the horrific Rusape accident that claimed 50 lives and left many hospitalised, the bus company largely blamed for the accident, Smart Express is already in a ‘business as usual’ mood, as late today, another bus from the same company was captured loading passengers to Beitbridge at the Sakubva Bus Terminus in Mutare.
