He probably died a bitter man

The ManicaPost

WHAT is this we hear about the ghost of a certain respected gentleman who died recently.

There were several conspiracy theories surrounding his demise, but Blabber never took them seriously as we all know that whenever someone passes on, a lot is said.

Indeed, Yours Truly never took it seriously when owls were said to have been spotted in his office soon after his death.

Not even the story of a swollen tummy just before his demise could grab Blabber’s valuable attention.

However, it now appears there is an element of truth in all the serious allegations that were being raised from different sections of society soon after the gentleman in question passed on, if events now unfolding are anything to go by.

Word reaching Yours Truly is that guards providing security services at his home are now seeing him walking around his yard at night.

Put simply, his ghost is being seen at night around the place he used to stay.

Surely, he must have died a bitter man!

One wonders what will happen next given that there are several names being thrown around as perpetrators of the alleged ‘assassination’.

What Yours Truly is not yet sure of is whether this ghost is also not being seen by those whose hands are said to be dirty in this unfolding real life drama.

But before l get carried away, a few notes will help you identify the departed comrade Yours Truly is blabbering about.

He is none other than the former high ranking official who was serving at that other organisation which provides a wide range of services in our beloved city. An organisation up in arms with key stakeholders on what they should pay monthly for the services that are usually not rendered.

I mean the one who used to call the shots in that organisation before his untimely and shocking demise at the beginning of the year.

Blabber will certainly keep ears on the ground and, as usual, you will be the first to hear of any latest developments on this rather important issue.

On another note, always remember to take good care of yourself and your loved ones.

Do not forget to mask up, sanitise and observe physical distancing.
