Families in Mutasa District whose homes were destroyed by hailstorm last week have started receiving relief aid.
Provincial Development Coordinator Mr Edgars Seenza said various stakeholders came on board to assist.
He said the distribution of food items has begun while medical assistance is being provided to injured victims.
The hailstorm which hit Mutasa district also caused massive damage to crops and livestock.
