CHURCHES of different denominations today donated an assortment of kitchen utensils to the victims of Cyclone Idai in response to pleas by the First Lady Amai Auxillia Mnangagwa to help the affected families.
During her visit to the affected areas in Manicaland and Masvingo, the First Lady noted that families had lost property including kitchenware.
“What I witnessed there is heart rending. They have no kitchen utensils. They don’t have pots and plates. These families badly need our help,” she said.
