PREPARATIONS for the Chipinge District Agricultural Show are at an advanced stage with organisers expressing satisfaction with the progress.
This year’s event is set to run from October 7 to 9 under the theme: “Achieving Agricultural Recovery and Growth Through Climate Smart Agriculture and Value Addition.”
The show vice-chairperson, Mr James Gabaza, said preps are going on smoothly.
He added that the annual event will be held under strict Covid-19 regulations.
“We have been granted the green light to host our district agricultural show which will be held at the traditional venue. The preparations are proceeding well and we are calling on exhibitors to register in time to be part of the exhibition,” said Mr Gabaza.
Mr Gabaza said that they are excited with the return of the show and are looking forward to hosting a successful event.
He added that the district agricultural show will showcase the best products and produce Chipinge has on offer.
